Yes, Designated Driver tickets are available for $15. You must be 21+ years old with a valid photo ID to attend the festival.

What do I get for the price of my ticket?

VIP - Unlimited tastings, a "swag bag", 6oz commemorative tasting glass. Entrance at 2 PM.

General Admission - Unlimited tastings and a commemorative 5oz tasting glass. Entrance at 3 PM.
You must be 21+ years old with valid ID to attend.

Are tickets transferable?

Tickets are fully transferable at the event. You must be 21+ with a valid photo ID to enter the festival.

Will there be a coat/backpack check?

There will not be a coat/backpack check. Also, lockers are not available for rent.

Are there refunds?

There no refunds for the event.

Can I bring my child?

Although we highly recommend leaving all children at home, children under age 1 are allowed, only if carried by a parent at all times. Keep in mind the festival can get extremely loud.

No strollers or personal backpacks are allowed. Baby backpacks are allowed.

Why is there a line to get in?

Many beer enthusiasts line up well in advance for the festival, and there will most likely be a line at the entrance. An ID check of all who enter the festival is required. The line will move quickly if you have your ID out to make the age verification process run smoothly.

Will there be any food or non-alcoholic beverages available?

There will be seven food vendors available to purchase from onsite. A complimentary water station will also be provided.

Should I drive?

Public transportation is always recommended when drinking alcohol. We would like to offer a few alternative options for you.

Parking is available on street near the event. Come early for preferred street parking.

Bike Valet

A free bike valet will be provided by The Bike Campaign. Valet your bike at Blue Note Brewing Co.

Who puts on the Yolo Brewfest?

The Yolo Brewfest is created and brought to you by the Luna Vista Rotary Club and Visit Woodland.

What's the weather going to be like?

It's going to be over 100 degrees. We will have have shade and pletny of water but please plan accordingly.

Can I bring my own water bottle?

Empty, CLEAR, reusable, plastic water bottles are permitted.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is only allowed in The Cigar Lounge.

Is there any opportunity to purchase memorabilia?

Attendees can purchase a photo momento at the Rotaractors' photo booth. Don't miss the opportunity to purchase a Yolo BrewFest T-shirts or Hats for $20!

Bag Inspection and Security Information

For the safety of all event attendees, bags will be inspected at the registration area. Weapons and outside beverages, with the exception of empty and clear plastic water bottles, are NOT allowed.

Additionally, as a reminder the wearing of gang affiliated clothing is NOT allowed.

Intoxicated Guests

All guests of Yolo Brewfest are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe and responsible means of transportation before leaving the event.

Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event may be denied entry to the event.

Any guest found intoxicated within the event and causing a disturbance, as determined by event staff, will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences.
